I'd never regret it.
The long trek up the mountain daily to the check dams, forest walk, the singing along the way, the resting under a tent, the digging of mud, the uplifting of rocks, reaching back to the hut being greeted by wonderful kids, shooting cataput, the shitting/peeing into a hole, bathing with 4 scoops of cold water while watching the sunset, the failed sunrises, the starrystarry night, the HTHTs before bed... ...
Our supposed 2-week trip was cut short suddenly because of the Thailand chaos, which means no R&R at the end as well. Although 10days was short, it was still a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Now its time to enjoy the holidays! woohoo! :D
